Recommended kids apps for the iPad, approved by my kids

Have an iPad and am wondering what apps you can download for your kids? With literally thousands of apps in the App Store, that task can be pretty daunting! So here’s is a list of apps that I’ve come to discover and has my kids’ stamp of approval (that they thoroughly enjoy that is)! Hopefully it would help you find the apps that your kids would enjoy too.

Messages for OS X is pretty cool indeed!

In the recent Mountain Lion preview announcement, we are starting to see quite a bit of convergence of iOS apps being introduced into Mac OS X. There’s a whole lot of iCloud enhanced apps like Calendar, Reminder, Notes, etc. If you are familiar with the iPad, there’s nothing really new here, except that it’s going to be available soon! But there’s also a gem that was released on the same announcement, and that’s the Messages app which is available now as a beta app.

Anyways, if you have read my blog recently and did follow what I did, you’d most likely already have your iPhone or iPad updated to iOS 4.2.1 GM. Technically speaking, it’s the same build of the latest official release of iOS 4.2 via iTunes today.
